Special Populations

Work with a trainer to develop a program that is safe yet effective for individuals with acute/chronic medically controlled health conditions, and older adults.  The main goal being to use fitness as a way to reduce stress, increase energy levels, improve symptoms/outcomes, and improve autonomy in activities of daily living. 

We have experience with the following populations and more:

  • Osteoarthritis

  • MS & Parkinsons

  • Cancer

  • Metabolic Conditions - Diabetes, hyper/hypo thyroidism

  • High Blood Pressure

  • Obesity
